LCIF has partnered with Global HOPE (a program of Texas Children’s Hospital) to help address the huge discrepancies in outcomes from childhood cancer in developing countries compared to developed countries.
Several types of foundation grants are available to support childhood cancer service throughout the world.
CHILDHOOD CANCER GRANT
LCIF Childhood Cancer grants empower Lions to improve the quality of life for children receiving treatment and their families.
LCIF Matching grants provide equipment and construction for large-scale projects that address unmet humanitarian needs.
DISTRICT & CLUB COMMUNITY IMPACT (DCG) GRANT
Through the DCG program, 15 percent of unrestricted contributions to LCIF are transformed into grants that fund local projects on a club and/or district level.
